Management of Development of Human Resources

At Cerrejón, the strengthening of expertise and skills fostering the exercise of Responsible Mining is crucial. That is why we have designed a Leadership Model that examines the organizational and technical skills needed in our operation, and that becomes a platform for the management, growth, and development of Cerrejón's Human Talent.
