In this application, you can make inquiries and/or carry out Human Resources procedures related to trainings, the Virtual Mailbox (requests for assistance, benefits, loans, among others), consult and update your personal information, view your payslips, generate employment and income & withholding certificates, request housing loans, and update or register your bank account for deposits.

To authenticate, you will need your ID number and a four-digit password. If you do not have a password, you can create a new one by following the instructions provided in the call, option 7#.

  • Current Payroll Balance — Option 1/1/1

  • Previous Payroll Balance — Option 1/1/2

  • Severance Funds — Option 1/1/3

  • Deduction Capacity — Option 1/1/4

  • Housing Loans — Option 1/1/5

  • Payroll Loans and Other Loans — Option 1/1/6

  • Vacation — Option 1/2

  • Enrollment Status for Plans and Benefits — Option 1/5
