
Cerrejón informs
July 24, 2025. Cerrejón reiterates that its operations have always complied with Colombian legislation, including Decree 1047 issued by the administration of President Gustavo Petro regarding exports to Israel.
As is publicly known, Decree 1047 was published on August 14, 2024, and came into force on August 20 of the same year.
We reiterate that Cerrejón’s last shipment from Colombia to Israel took place on August 3, 2024, and that no further export permits have been requested, nor have any additional exports to that country been carried out since then. This can be verified through the Foreign Trade Single Window (VUCE) of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, the National Mining Agency (ANM), and the National Tax and Customs Directorate (DIAN), the entity responsible for approving Shipping Authorization Requests (SAE).
