Cerrejón is pleased to present the action plan to address the Salient Issues identified in our third Human Rights Impact Assessment. This plan aims to mitigate human rights risks and impacts arising from our operations, as well as those of our contractors, suppliers and other business partners.

the indigenous community of Provincial and Cerrejón inaugurated the first health center located within an indigenous reservation in La Guajira which will benefit over 1,000 people belonging to this community.

We are aware that our activities have the potential to impact the human rights of communities, employees, and contractors, as well as the environment. We are therefore committed to respecting them through the management of identified risks and impacts.
