Apprentice Program

We have an apprenticeship program that has trained many young people from La Guajira and the rest of the country who, during their work practices, demonstrate their skills and abilities and contribute to making responsible mining possible.

If you also want to have your first work experience in one of the most important companies in the country and be part of a multidisciplinary team. We invite you to participate in the calls for applications for each year's first and second semesters.
